November 4–7, 2025 · Salt Lake City
The Board arrives in Salt Lake City ahead of the full chapter, gathering for an intimate dinner to align on vision and set the stage for an exceptional few days.
The day opens with our YPO Game Plan strategy session, setting the direction for our chapter's future. Members arrive throughout the day, and the evening brings the full chapter together for a welcome social — followed by a very special dinner.
Our most full day — chapter business in the morning, your choice of three Park City adventures in the afternoon, and a legendary closing dinner to cap it all.
Depart with new connections forged, new chapters written, and the next year's story already beginning to take shape.
Each member selects one signature Park City experience
Friday evening, we journey to Park City — Utah's storied mountain town — for an adventure that reflects the spirit of exploration at the heart of YPO Expedition.

Experience the legacy of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Tour the iconic ski jump facilities, ride the bobsled, and explore the museum honoring Utah's Olympic heritage.

Wade the legendary upper Provo River in pursuit of wild natural brown trout. A half-day of solitude, skill, and the timeless rhythm of a mountain river.

Wander the charming galleries, boutiques, and shops of Park City's historic Main Street. Discover local artisans, fine jewelry, and mountain-inspired treasures.
High West Nelson Cottage
Our final evening gathers at The Nelson Cottage by High West — an intimate, warmly lit dining room steps from the legendary High West Saloon in the heart of downtown Park City. A fitting finale in the mountain town where our afternoon adventures began.
The evening features a thoughtfully curated prix-fixe menu from the High West Culinary Team, guided whiskey tastings from a dedicated Whiskey Ambassador, and the warm, unhurried atmosphere of Park City's most distinctive private dining experience.
